Speedway in the Olympic Park! Is it a dream? Well it may well be, but with the increased Sky interest in recent years and Briggo riding a speedway bike once again around the outside of the hallowed tuft of Wembley in the England v Egypt footy match coming up soon, what better time-famous last words-to increase the publicity to get speedway back to London? Remember, the Olympic Park is supposed to be a national legacy, not just for the people of the surrounding area but for the whole country and beyond. So I enquired about an on line petition to get speedway into either the Olympic Stadium or the Olympic Park on the NO.10 website and much to my surprise it was accepted!
